Sports and Leisure

If you are planning to stay active during your visit to Grey Highlands, ON, there is no shortage of physical activities to keep you moving! Whether you feel like walking on the Bruce Trail, canoeing on the Beaver River or a more challenging hike on Blue Mountain or Old Baldy, you are sure to get all the exercise you are wishing for. If you’d like to play a round of golf, there are at least a dozen golf courses within 40 minutes of the house and The Markdale Golf & Curling Club is only a 10 minute walk away.

For the thrill seeker in you, there are ziplines and tree-top walks, as well as many activities, restaurants, cafes and shops at Blue Mountain Village.
Here you will also find the longest suspension foot bridge in Ontario and the only roller coaster in Ontario (The Ridge Runner at Blue Mountain Village) that goes down a mountain side through the trees!
