Terms and Conditions
A credit card number & expiry date must be presented to secure a booking. Reservations are not complete until we have processed a deposit with a credit card. Date alternations, restrictions will apply.
Payment & Cancellation
At the time of booking, we process the full amount of the reservation, which is fully refundable (less a 3% cancellation fee) if cancelled before 14 days of arrival. If cancelling between 7 and 13 days before arrival, there is a flat-rate cancellation fee of one night. If cancelling between 1 and 6 days before arrival, the reservation is completely non-refundable.

Cancellation notice must be sent by email and telephone to firstname.lastname@example.org and 519-986-3418. Guests failing to provide any notice will be responsible for 100% of the reservation charges.
$50.00 lost or un-returned key.
$35.00 for extra guests (more than two) above the age of six years old.
A 2-night minimum stay is required for reservations that include Friday, Saturday or Sunday. From Monday to Thursday, a one-night stay is possible.
Check In / Check Out
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Special requests are gladly considered.
Children of all ages are welcome at the Markdale Manor Bed & Breakfast. Children under the age of six stay free of charge.
Privacy and Legal Statement
Personal information collected is used only by Markdale Manor Bed & Breakfast and will not be sold, rented or divulged to third parties.
Management reserves the right to refuse service of terminate a reservation.
